SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer free shipping to U.S. 50 states and APO/FPO addresses for orders $50 and over (excluding taxes). Orders that qualify for free shipping are shipped via Standard Shipping.

 

Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico

We regret that free shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Estimated shipping charges will be presented during Checkout.

 

International Customers

We regret that free shipping is not available for international orders. Estimated shipping charges will be presented during Checkout.

 

Tracking Orders

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking numbers related to your shipment once your order is ready to be shipped. The majority of orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed, and takes 3-5 business days for delivery.

 

Pleae note: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason and an item needs to be returned or exchanged, please review our return, refund and exchange polices below.

 

Returns

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your credit card account may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Refunds

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment as your purchase method or a naturallivingshop.com rewards points.

  • For Returns: refer to ‘Returns’ section.
  • For Exchanges: your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. If you used a combination of credit card and rewards points, the merchandise will be refunded to both your credit card and rewards points.
  • Sales Items: returning sales item will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Items Returned by Mail: Please email at info@naturallivingshop.com  for assistance.
  • Shipping Charges: we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.
